A package of relief material items were distributed to the fire victims of Syangja, Mankamana VDC, Ward # -7, Lamdanda on 28th Baishakh 2073 (i.e. 10th May 2016). This programme was organized by the Rotary Club of The Himalayan Gurkhas and Aandhikhola Tamu (Gurung) Society, Kathmandu. The Club sincerely appreciated to the donors for their generous support to make this programme successfully happen around the globe and specially the members of the Club & ATSK. Senior Advisor of the ATSK Lt. Chau Bahadur Gurung donated NPR. 100,000/- . Likewise, Subedar Mr. Deb Bahadur Gurung from the Manakamana-Kusun danda donated NPR. 55,555/- on the memory of her late daughter Ms. Kumari Gurung who passed away leaving 12 yrs old young son. At the same time, the Rotary Club of The Himalayan Gurkhas also donated NPR. 100,000/-, Mr Deb B. Gurung from Manakamana, Raidanda (now in UK) donated 50,000/- Mr Kumar Gurung from Majhakot Shivalaya, Singarkot (now in USA) also donated NPR. 40,100/-
With this significant contributions, total collection was NPR. 505,395/- (NPR. Five Hundred Thousand Three Hundred Ninety Five Only).

- Steel dinner plate 5 pieces per household – 115 pcs.
- Steel water glass 5 pieces per household – 115 pcs.
- Hulas metal sheet (Jasta pata) 1 bundle per house hold – 20 bundle (due to lack of information)
