Second Club Assembly & Rotary Weekly Meeting !
The Rotary Club of The Himalayan Gurkhas held its Second Club Assembly for RY 2025-26 along with the Rotary Weekly Meeting (RWM) on 27 August 2025 at Hotel Le Himalaya, Lazimpat, in the gracious presence of Assistant Governor Rtn. Manju Dhamala Thapa.
Club President Rtn. Capt. Mohankumar Gurung warmly welcomed AG Rtn. Manju Dhamala Thapa to the Club Assembly. During the program, all five committee chairs presented their respective reports as follows:
Club Administration Chair – Rtn. Sadikshya Kandel (Report presented by Rtn. Pareena Shrestha in absence of Committee Chair)
Service Project Chair – Rtn. Siri Gurung
Membership Chair – Rtn. Narayan Prasad Gurung
Public Image Chair – Rtn. Rum Gurung
TRF Chair – Rtn. Satta B Gurung
AG Rtn. Manju Dhamala Thapa reviewed the reports and provided valuable feedback with suggestions for further enhancement in the days ahead.
Following the Assembly, Club President conducted the Rotary Weekly Meeting where members also held discussions on the upcoming Charter Day Celebrations and the District Governor’s Official Visit.
